Frostbite
Check out this white winter wonderland of a kitchen! Our client wanted to lighten and brighten her kitchen as well as opening it up a bit by removing the peninsula. Since she was worried about losing countertop and storage space with loosing the peninsula, we replaced it with an island. Taking down the soffits and upper cabinets above the peninsula modernized the kitchen and allowed for taller cabinets. We got rid of the laminate tops and replaced them with a trendy but classic white and grey veined quartz. We added a mosaic style backsplash for some style and a hint of color. Since the family uses the table, we kept that area and added a bench seating that doubled as additional storage. Undercabinet lighting added additional lighting. To have the kitchen flow with the style of the rest of the home, we opted for a white apron front sink and shiny chrome hardware for a flair.
